Custom Home
Originally, the owners had a different company building their custom home, but they were moving at a very slow pace so they asked Hardie Built Homes to step in and finish it for them. This was the first custom home HBH did. When we started the only thing that had been completed was the foundation. We did everything else from the ground up except for the plumbing, electrical, drywall & insulation, countertops & windows. We would have done the windows too, but the home owner wanted to be sure to get the warranty that came with the windows so they had the window company install them instead.
Bridge Fit For a Wedding
Hardie Built Homes completed this bridge over the Little Spokane River early summer 2008. The customer's daughter was getting married at their country home and wanted to walk over the bridge on her wedding day.
Siding
We did this siding job in South Spokane.
Hardwood Floors
These hardwood floors are from the same house we sided in the above pictures. We started these in mid October 2008. We completed about 1200 square feet.
Dog Kennel & Puppy Room / Wood Shed
We did a dog kennel that tripled as a kennel, wood shed & insulated puppy room. The home owners are planning on raising puppies and needed a place outside that would be suitable for them in the winter.
